May 2024 — May 2025Built LLM powered pipeline to process and annotate 2,000+ research papers and wrote R scripts to analyze Illumina array datasets for CoRSIV vs non-CoRSIV probes/regions. Co-authored a manuscript on systemic epigenentic variants, accepted to Nucleic Acids Research; first-authored an abstract on CoRSIV stability analysis, accepted to the 13th DOHaD World Congress.
